Good to know before starting

Filling out the form takes about 20 minutes. Please keep the following ready for smooth processing:

  • 25 clear photos of the vehicle (exterior, interior, engine bay, odometer reading, and VIN - can also be provided after submitting)
  • Vehicle documents (such as registration certificate or service history)

Why a Service Plan?

The value of your classic or special car can change quickly. That is why we do not provide valuations that remain valid for 3 years after the report is drawn up. In fact, 28% of the cars we have valued increased in value by more than 10% within eighteen months. With a single valuation every 3 years, you therefore run a major risk that your car will be underinsured after a while. With our Service Plan we minimise this risk by revaluing your car every 6 months. You pay a starting rate for the initial valuation and after that a fixed, low annual amount for automatic revaluations. This way, in the unfortunate event of damage, you are always assured of the correct and up-to-date payout.

After the first year, we charge you annually for our revaluation service:

Vehicle Condition Grades

  1. Concours: The best possible condition with matching numbers and complete history from new. A potential concours winner. Valid MOT.
  2. Excellent: Very well maintained and lightly used. Matching numbers. Can be restored easily with minimal signs of wear. Valid MOT.
  3. Good: Drives well with some parts replaced. May have non-matching numbers. No immediate repairs needed. Valid MOT.
  4. Fair: A functional daily driver with visible imperfections. May have non-matching numbers. Some repairs required.
  5. Project: Requires full restoration. Not drivable and without a valid MOT. Most parts included. May have non-matching numbers.

To ensure a complete and accurate vehicle valuation, we need the following photos:

  • Overview photos of all sides of the vehicle
  • Chassis number (VIN)
  • Engine bay
  • All wheels
  • Interior (including seats and trim)
  • Dashboard and odometer (showing full mileage)
  • Trunk

By uploading photos, you confirm that they are no older than 1 month, have not been edited, and accurately reflect the current condition of the vehicle. If manipulation or fraud is detected, the application may be rejected and reported to the relevant authorities.

Is the market rising or falling? Avoid underinsurance or paying too much premium. As long as your service plan is active, you get access to the mobile app for live collection management, a revaluation every 6 months, and the ability to request a new official report free of charge at any time.
